- providing a high quality offer via a fully qualified teacher with 10 years experience
- keeping up further training to progress professionally, developing the teacher’s capacities, qualifications and experience
- being punctual for scheduled lessons, except for reasons beyond the teacher’s control
- respecting the confidentiality of conversations unless you give explicit consent or in case of legal requirement

The client promises :
- to provide a doctor’s certificate stipulating that the practice of “fitness” is not contraindicated
- to cancel lessons, if necessary, 48 hours in advance. Any lesson uncancelled 24 hours beforehand is payable
